Report Your Annual Progress
Facility Partners are required to report on their progress each year. Completing the Annual Reporting Form helps the FEC measure progress against the FEC national goals and calculate the environmental benefits of electronic stewardship activities. The FY2009 Annual Reporting Form is due January 31, 2010.
New Facility Partners: If you joined prior to October 1, 2009, please report your annual progress for fiscal year 2009 by January 31, 2010. To submit your annual report to the FEC, login to Member Services and select "Add/Update/Submit" under "Annual Reporting Form."
Existing Facility Partners: Please report your annual progress for fiscal year 2009 by January 31, 2010. Login to Member Services to view, print, update, or submit your Annual Reporting Forms.
The FY2009 Annual Reporting Form is available as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Word (DOC) files to help you collect the necessary information. Completed FY2009 Annual Reporting Forms must be submitted online through Member Services.
