Information for State and Local Governments

The FEC is only open to federal government entities. The State Electronics Challenge (SEC), which is modeled after the FEC, is open to state, regional, and local governments, including schools and other public entities. The SEC is currently running a pilot in the Northeast (Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont) and is seeking partners! More information is available on the SEC Web site.
