Set Your Annual Goals
The Goals Identification Form will help you identify annual electronic stewardship goals for your organization. Try to establish goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-Oriented, and Timely (SMART).
New Facility Partners: Please identify your annual goals and complete the Goals Identification Form within six weeks of joining the FEC. To submit your Goals to the FEC, login to Member Services and select "Add/Update/Submit" under "Goal Identification Form."
Existing Facility Partners: Please identify your annual goals and complete the Goals Identification Form by January 31 of each year. Login to Member Services to view, print, update, or submit your Goals.
The Goals Identification Form is available as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Word (DOC) files to help you collect the necessary information. These files also contain sample goals if you're having trouble starting! Completed Goals Identification Forms must be submitted online through Member Services.
