Identify Your Baseline
The Baseline Survey of Current Practices will help your organization identify current electronics management practices and recognize areas for improvement. In future years, it will allow you to gauge your progress by providing a reference point when your organization reports annual progress.
New Facility Partners: Please complete the Baseline Survey of Current Practices within six weeks of joining the FEC. To submit your Baseline Survey to the FEC, login to Member Services and select "Add/Update/Submit" under "Baseline Survey Form."
Existing Facility Partners: Please make sure you have submitted your Baseline Survey to the FEC! Login to Member Services to view, print, update, or submit your Form.
The Baseline Survey is available as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and Microsoft Word (DOC) files to help you collect the necessary information. Completed Baseline Surveys must be submitted online through Member Services.
