Identify Your Baseline
The Baseline Survey will help your organization identify current electronics management practices and areas for improvement. It will provide a reference point for measuring progress when your organization reports annual progress.
New Facility Partners: Please complete the Baseline Survey within six weeks of joining the FEC.
After your registration is processed, you will receive information on how to login to the FEC reporting system at FedCenter. To submit your Baseline Survey to the FEC:
- Login to the FEC reporting system at FedCenter.
- Select "Baseline Survey & Annual Reporting" from the FEC Reporting Menu in the left sidebar.
- In the Facility Partner Baseline Surveys & Annual Reports table, look for the row with "Baseline Survey" in the Report Type column.
- Click on your Facility name in that row to enter, update or submit your Baseline Survey data.
Existing Facility Partners: Please make sure you have submitted your Baseline Survey to the FEC!
- If you submitted your Baseline Survey prior to October 2010, you may login to Partner Services to view and print your Form.
- If you still need to submit your Baseline Survey, please send a request to partner@electronicschallenge.net to set up a Baseline Survey on FedCenter.
An Adobe Acrobat file of the FEC Baseline Survey (PDF, 193 KB) and a Microsoft Word file of the FEC Baseline Survey (DOC, 318 KB) are available to help you collect the necessary information. Completed Baseline Surveys must be submitted online through FedCenter.
